@ 80% of your 1 rep max PC.
Drop and Reset after PC.
Add 5lbs to last week if it feels smooth.

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
20 Wall Balls 20/14
15 Box Jumps 24/20
10 Power Cleans 135/95
