Deadlift (1×4)

Work up to a heavy set of 4 Deadlift. Control the weight back down release then begin the next rep. Go heavier than the last time.

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

10 Dumbell Snatch L-arm 55/35
10 Dumbell Snatch R-arm
20 Burpees to target
