6 Front Squats
Start at 60-65% and work up, the weight you are using for your 1RM

For Time w/ a Partner:
150 Cal Row
120 KB Swings 53/35
90 CTB Pull Ups
Each partner must do a minimum (15 cal, 12 swings and 9 pull ups before switching
