4 Touch and Go Power Snatch
Start at a comfortable weight and build up.

2 Rounds:

20 Power Snatch 95/65
20 Cal Row
20 Sumo DLPH 95/65
20 Box Jumps 24/40″
Use the same Barbell for both the snatch and the SDHP.
