AMRAP in 8 minutes:
Climb the Ladder
1 Burpee to 6″ Target
1 Hang Power Snatch, 95/65#
2, 2
3, 3


AMRAP in 12 minutes with a Partner:
10 C2B Pull Ups
10 Burpees
*each partner must do 5 Pull Ups each round, burpees may be partitioned however the athletes choose.
