-Work up to a weight b/t 75-85% and hit all sets at that weight. No oly’s belt or sleeves, unless necessary.

CTB Pull Ups
-No need to alternate. AHAP with intensity and safely.
-If you don’t have C2B, use a band, stay strict, split the reps in half and pull to your chest.
