Can you pass the Army Physical Fitness Test? If you can, I might recruit you!!

Metcon

As many reps as possible in 2:00:
Push Ups
Upper arm must go at least parallel to the ground.

As many reps as possible in 2:00:
Anchored Situps
*fingers must be inner locked behind the head at all times

For Time:
2 mile Run
