Pause Power Position Snatch (3-3-3-3-3-3)

Work between 70-80%.

Start from the high hang, pause, then catch in deep OH squat position. Scale this by doing power snatch in lieu of squat snatch. Work on pulling yourself aggressively under the bar.

Red
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
10 Front Rack Walking lunge Steps 95/65
10 HSPU
10 Lateral Burpees over bar

White
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
10 Front Rack Walking lunge Steps 65/45
10 HSPU on box/Stink Bugs
10 Burpees

Blue
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
10 Walking lunge Steps
10 Shoulder Press
10 Burpees
