Find a 1RM Power Clean.

Red
EMOM until Failure:
8 Chest to Deck Push Ups
4 Hang Power Cleans 155/105

White
EMOM until Failure:
8 Chest to Deck Push Ups
4 Hang Power Cleans 115/85

Blue
EMOM until Failure:
8 Push Ups elevated plane
4 Hang Power Cleans 95/65

Both in same minute
Increase by 1 rep for both movement, each minute until failure.
