Every Minute for 7 Minutes:
1 Power Snatch + 1 OH Squat + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + OH Squat
Start at 70% and work up across the 7 sets.

AMRAP 10:00
4 Strict Handstand Push Ups
6 Box Jumps 30/24
8 Snatches 115/75lbs

White
AMRAP 10:00
4 Handstand Push Ups on box
6 Box Jumps 24/20
8 Snatches 95/65lbs

Blue
AMRAP 10:00
4 Push Ups
6 Box Jumps 20/18
8 Snatches 75/55lbs
RX+=Squat snatches
