Every Minute for 7 Minutes:
Power Clean + Push Jerk + Front Squat + Hang Squat Clean + Split Jerk
Starting at 70% and working up across the 7 sets.

Red
10 Rounds:
Run 100m
10 Kettlebell Swings 70/53lbs
10 Alternating Pistols
Rest :90

White
9 Rounds:
Run 100m
10 Kettlebell Swings 53/35lbs
10 Alternating Pistols to a box
Rest :90

Blue
8 Rounds:
Run 100m
10 Kettlebell Swings 35/26lbs
10 Goblet Squats
Rest :90
