Weightlifting
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
2 Snatch Complex
Snatch+OH Squat+Hang Squat Snatch+OH Squat
Start @70% and work up!!

Red
7 Rounds:
15 Wall Balls 20/14lbs
9 Pull Ups

White
6 Rounds:
10 Wall Balls 20/14lbs
6 Pull Ups

Blue
5 Rounds:
10 Wall Balls 14/10lbs
9 Ring Rows
