Spring Fling 2017

Spring Fling WOD#1:
Each team has 6:00 for both teammates to complete a 1 Rep Max Thruster.

Spring Fling WOD #2
800m olympic style relay
1 person will run 800m then pass the baton to partner 2 who will then run 800m for one total time.

Spring Fling workout #3
J-Ellie Belle “The Baby Maker”
10 min cap
250 double unders
180 Wallballs 20/14 (scaled 14/10)
250 double unders
One person works while the other person holds a weighted barbell in the front rack position. 95/65 (scaled 75/55) for front rack hold . Reps cannot be counted unless bar is in the front rack.
