Squat Clean (3-3-3-3-3)
Perfect reps only. Triples can be successfully done between 60 and 90%.

RED
8 Rounds:
1:00 on, 1:00 off
Max Double Unders
Max Burpees to 6″
Alternate Movements

WHITE
6 Rounds:
1:00 on, 1:00 off
Max Double Unders
Max Burpees to 6″
Alternate Movements

BLUE
6 Rounds:
1:00 on, 1:00 off
Max Double Unders
Max Burpees to 6″
Alternate Movements

4 rounds of each. Move for the entire minute at as fast a pace as you can and still keep moving. EVERYONE SHOULD BE WORKING ON DOUBLE UNDERS!!
