Bench Press (4-4-4-4-4)
@ 85%+ 2RM

RED
AMRAP 8 Minutes:
3 Ring Muscle Ups
5 Thrusters 115/75lbs

WHITE
AMRAP 8 Minutes:
3 Modified Ring Muscle Ups
5 Thrusters 95/65lbs

BLUE
AMRAP 8 Minutes:
3 Burpee Pull-Ups
5 Thrusters 75/55lbs

Goal should be UB sets and
fast transitions for all 8:00. With rep scheme being so
few, transitions will be HUGE.
