Burn Baby, Burn! Let’s Get Moving!

Need a fitness coach? Want to move? Want to sweat? Want to laugh? Want to have fun with other like-minded people?? We’ve designed a program for those of you that simply don’t want to lift the barbell. If the barbell and heavy weights are something that intimidates you, then Burn was made for you!! Smaller class setting and personalized instruction! You never need to decide what to do. Our coaches will guide you through everything!

We stick to the same constantly varied, functional fitness that we love so much, however, we eliminate the barbell work. By focusing on kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and cardio, we will help you lose the extra pounds and tone those muscles! Join us today and let’s BURN some calories!

Our Burn Classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:45 AM (ladies only) or 6:45 PM.
