Unsure about CrossFit?? Barbell lifts not for you? With the additional space in our brand new facility, Ole Glory will now be offering the BURN CHALLENGE. Using CrossFit methods without the barbell, we will focus on less strength and more overall wellness. You will tone muscle and burn the fat off! Each BURN CHALLENGE will be 3 days per week for 12 weeks! Classes will be offered on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:45. A meal plan will be provided and a nutrition coach will be assigned to you. Your nutrition coach will hold you accountable and will check with you daily regarding your eating habits.
