The Character Driven Fitness System

Are you looking for a fun and effective way to keep your kids in shape? A fitness program that focuses on the character of your child AND their health? A positive community for your child to be a part of?

At Ole Glory, we help put that ‘little extra’ into your extraordinary kids! We focus, first and foremost, on a foundation of Character Development! A big part of our program is helping work on the most important areas outside of the gym, such as helping kids improve in school, nutrition, and instilling life-long values.

Our focus for our kids program will be on learning to move properly and move the body with intent. There will be an increase in coordination and agility/plyometrics training, as well as fitness technique with PVC pipes, light dumbbells/kettlebells, bands and little to no barbell. Our focus here will be muscle endurance, structural balance, and coordination. We use age-appropriate skills, challenges and equipment in all of our classes. We provide a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting! Your kids will learn to LOVE exercise!
