At Ole Glory CrossFit, we offer a variety of programs to meet your individual needs! Our hope is to get you on track to a healthier lifestyle through Nutrition and Fitness Coaching.

Private On-Ramp: We offer a one-on-one beginner’s on ramp program that will teach you the foundational movements we utilize in CrossFit and daily life.

CrossFit Classes: We offer multiple CrossFit group classes per day that are led by our expert coaching staff.

Burn Classes: For those of you that are scared of the heavy barbells, we offer a “light” CrossFit class that focuses a bit more on endurance than the heavy weights.

Nutrition Coaching: Need help getting your diet on track? We can set you up with a nutrition coach that will guide you on a path towards healthier eating.
